Jonathan E. ColeJonathan E. Cole
Jon is a Partner with the law firm of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge. He has 37 years of experience with venture capital, leverage acquisitions, and emerging technology companies. Jon is a frequent lecturer at national and international conferences on entrepreneurial venture finance, the venture capital industry and the life sciences capital markets and related transaction structures, strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions. Jon often counsels early-stage and start-up enterprises and management teams, as well as VC fund investors, on organization, structure, equity incentive planning and financing strategies as well as capitalization structures. He is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and Brown University.


Tom Domencich
Tom DomencichTom has served as an investor, entrepreneur, and consultant and has extensive experience in the wireless communications, paging, radio dispatch, and wireless cable industries. Tom has been active in many aspects of the wireless communications industry focusing on the cellular telephone industry. He subsequently became an investor and at one time owned interests in approximately 40 cellular systems. Tom was one of the original investors in Nextel. Most recently, he founded Milliwave, LP, a nationwide broadband wireless carrier, which was sold after only two years to a competing carrier for $125 million in cash and stock. Tom is an economist by profession. He began his career as a consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc. and then moved to Charles River Associates. He subsequently started his own consulting company providing economic and financial analysis and long range planning services to business and government clients.


Michael Levy
Michael LevyMike served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of SportsLine USA, Inc. from its inception in February 1994 until its sale to Viacom in 2004. SportsLine USA is a sports media company providing information, entertainment, and merchandise to sports enthusiasts over the World Wide Web. From February 1978 through March 1993, Mike served as President, Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Lexicon Corporation, a high technology company specializing in data communications and signal processing technology. From January 1988 to June 1993, he also served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sports-Tech International, Inc., a company engaged in the development, acquisition, integration and sale of computer software, equipment and computer-aided video systems used by professional, collegiate and high school sports programs. Between June 1993 and February 1994, he was a private investor.


Stephen Snyder
Stephen SnyderSteve is the Managing Partner of Chester Partners, LLLP, a private investment firm. Prior to forming Chester Partners, he was President and CEO of The Aragon Group, Inc., a multi industry holding company that he founded in 1970, which had interests in gaming, food service, real estate and alternative investments at the time it was sold in 2007. Prior to starting The Aragon Group, he was a Group Vice President with The Dial Corp., formerly The Greyhound Corporation, where he was responsible for eleven companies in seven industries that he had acquired for them. He received a B. A. from Yale University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

C. Meade SutterfieldMeade serves as President and CEO of SSPCS Corporation, a holding company for various telecommunications interests.

Prior to forming SSPCS, Meade co-founded and was President of PowerFone, Inc., from April 1992 through April 1995 when it was sold to Nextel. Prior to PowerFone, he served as President of Johnson Communications Corporation from April 1986 through April 1993. From November 1981 through August 1984, Meade was with Kimberly-Clark Corporation where he was Vice President and General Manager of the Service and Industrial Division, General Sales Manager of the Service and Industrial Division, and Director of New Business Opportunities for Kimberly-Clark Health Care, Nonwoven and Industrial Group. Meade also has significant technical management and sales experience with Scientific Atlanta.
