Antares Capital Announces Investment

Triage Management Services, Inc.
December 11, 2007 MELBOURNE, FL – Antares Capital Corporation (Antares) announced today that it has closed on a $2 million investment in Triage Management Services, Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida.
The financing will be used by Triage to fund the Company’s continued market expansion.
Triage is a third party administrator for national property and casualty insurers, managing claims on behalf of property owners to insure timely and high quality repairs are made. Triage has developed a network of certified contractors who can respond quickly to needed repairs and offers an extended warranty on all work. Triage’s program allows insurance companies to offer their policyholders guaranteed and qualified management of work related to a claim.
Founded in 2004, Triage is led by Jay Southerland. Jay is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record in this industry. He founded Prism Network, Inc. in 1994, a managed repair service that grew to serve 47 states through a network of over 2500 certified construction companies.
